German craftsmen are dually educated. The young people are trained for 3 years in vocational school by the chamber of commerce. They receive their practical training in the workshops of the companies from their masters. Four days a week the students are practically trained in their apprenticeship companies. One day every week they are trained by the chamber in their vocational schools. The profil is exactly matching the needs of their companies. This system makes it easy to find always the best person for the job.

Metal Spinning is a craft. The traditional job of a Gürtler is very important to produce a round wheel. Don’t think static. Imagine the wheel rolling on the road. Understand how the rubber and the metal will touch the surface on their high speed journey. Feel the material flex and withstand the stress – that is what it takes to be a wheel tech guy.
