Light wheels for BMW M2
These wheels are made for those drivers who are going for performance. They are lighter than the M wheels – no posers. We are talking about a set of 19inch forged wheels of less than 40kgs. They are approved on German racetracks and on the Autobahn for high speed use.
Schmidt Wheels guarantees a hundred percent fitting accuracy only if the vehicle’s chassis, brake mechanism and steering mechanism are series-production status. If you made any kind of modification, please discuss with your contact person further down prior ordering your Schmidt rims.
These wheels do fit the BMW M2 (F87):
The BMW M2 comes with upgrade brake rotors on full M4 suspension. This fitment is very close to the OE offsets. Just a little more out. No rubbing – guaranteed. They are compatible with the standard suspension as well as the coilover performance kit.
Forged wheels for BMW M2 coupe
A well balanced sportscar such as the BMW M2 is very responsive to any additional weight. Especially when unsprung. For that reason we decided to use forged rims. They are a little more expensive than the OE cast wheels but they are lighter.
BMW Semislicks or Roadtires
We made these wheels to take the M2 OE tire sizes:
Front: 245/35R19 in comb with Rear: 265/35R19
These tires are available in many different specs. There are UHP track compounds for those who are taking their BMW M2 to trackdays. Also there are some very roadworthy tires which are well developed to suit your individual requirements. We found the M2 performing extremely well on this setup.
Forged rim sizes for your BMW M2
At Schmidt wheels we concentrate on a sportive wheeldesign for the BMW M2. VN-Line is a classic Y-spoke which gives your BMW the typical German appearance. It is your choice to use the Schmidt Logo or retransfer to the blue/white BMW propeller Logo. Both caps do fit the wheel.

Schmidt Wheels is based in Germany
Germany, the country where you can legally drive your BMW M2 at 280km/h top speed. The country with a 20,832 km race track which is open to the public. The birthplace of Gottlieb Daimler and Bertha Benz.
During its manufacturing process the material gets treated in a very unique way. It is a loud process. It involves a lot of heat. And there are massive machines necessary to forge the material into shape. It is quite a time and energy consuming process to make just the raw wheel. That part which is going into the milling process to be finished in the filigran design of a VN-Line wheel.
Forged wheels from Schmidt Revolution
To highlight the unique manufacturing process of our forged wheels we offer a special anodizing process. This treatment just colors the top of the alloy surface with an ultra thin layer of oxidation. Therefore it is very light and first choice for customers who want a performance wheel. That layer of oxidation is extremely thin. It follows every line and every mark. For that reason the individual machining steps remain visible. The wheel shows off its forged identity. Please note there’re only a few colors available for anodizing. Natural alloy is the most common.
If you want to hide the fact that you spend extra money for forged wheels you go for painted wheels. There is a vast range of colors available. The most common are: TitaniumGrey, HyperSilver, BlackGloss and White.
